Grade 1 Scientific Butterfly Art
Students were asked to draw a scientific drawing of a butterfly, but first, they had to look like a scientist, focusing on shape, lines, patterns and colour. Students learned to give peer feedback that was kind and specific to achieve their goals. The butterflies were then turned into some unique Mother’s Day cards!
Kindergarten learns that teamwork makes the dream work!
Teamwork makes the dream work JK and SK visited LEGOLand, and completed the crocodile crossing challenge. They put to the test their problem solving, teamwork and building skills to create a safe, and strong structure to avoid the crocodiles!
