The Grade Threes have been learning about simple machines and forces to prepare for their upcoming Rube Goldberg machines.

The JK class celebrated Valentine’s Day by creating ‘love bug’ hats and wearing them during their party and while handing out Valentine cards they made for one another. They also celebrated the 100th Day of Learning by counting out and making a necklace with 100 fruit loops.

The GR 4 have been learning about the Polar Regions and Climate Change in Inquiry, along with brushing up on their persuasive letter writing skills in Language Arts. They put their knowledge together to write letters to Prime Minister Mark Carney, voicing their concerns and suggestions for change.

During their Media Unit, the Grade 5 class made videos to promote our school!
