Our annual Birthday Books event, held Friday October 24th, was a great success! Almost 150 exciting new books were donated by our generous community and will be processed for our library collection. I can hardly wait to get these fabulous books into circulation! From the shelves of the library: THANK YOU!!!

Grade 2’s most courageous
As the Grade 2 class finishes up their Courage unit, they make the final decision. These are the people they choose to be the most courageous person!
Grade 1 Land Appreciations
After reading the story Shi-shi-etko and Shin-chin’s Canoe by Nicola I. Campbell, the Grade One class went out to find their own “Land Appreciations” from some of their favourite places outdoors. We then shared our appreciations and made a class collage.
Ma famille
In JK, students are working on decorating a picture frame for their “ma famille” unit. Students will then present their family members to the class.
