Inspired by the novel Mr. Popper’s Penguins, the Grade One students brainstormed what they would do if they had a penguin for a pet for a Writer’s Workshop activity. They then created some plasticine art pieces to connect with their writing.

The Grade 3s are learning to speak about clothes. This year, the students chose to learn about the clothes and things they wear here at Sunnybrook! From earrings and underwear to expanders and hair bows, les troisième années have made this unit their own. Even Gracie got in on the action!
