The Grade 5 studio has started the Human Impact unit where students are diving into the impact we as humans have had on our planet. Through topics such as fast fashion, pollution, rising sea temperature and much more the students are expanding their knowledge about the importance of sharing our planet.
The class is pictured here while conducting an experiment about the rising sea temperature and its impact on ocean life. As a class, the grade 5 students have been reading a series of short stories called Under The Weather which explore many unique areas of human impact.
